After launching his executive training firm, Game Face Inc., in 1995, with a focus on professional sports franchises, Rob has gone on to advise, coach, and mentor more than 50,000 executives at over 400 diverse brands worldwide. Along with teams of the National Football League, National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, Rob serves Hershey Corporation, Disney, Cirque du Soleil, MGM Resorts and Entertainment, Maritz, Dental Intelligence, A-dec, and others.

He is the dad to three grown sons and the grandfather of two. He and his high school sweetheart Allison have been married for more than 35 years.
